We welcome all fundraising efforts made by the community and businesses that support the team and work at Melanoma New Zealand in aiding us to achieve our mission. There are many different ways that you can help to support us through fundraising, and in the past we’ve had some great supporter-led events.

If you’re interested, here are some handy ideas and tips to get you started:

  • Hold your own fundraising event.
From movie evenings and themed ‘casual Fridays’ to outdoor adventures and fashion parades, there are thousands of ways to raise money for Melanoma New Zealand within your community. Simply read and submit our Fundraising guidelines for events & fundraising event application form.

  • Givealittle.
The Givealittle website lets you become a ‘Champion’ and/or set up a fundraising event. You can also make online donations to Melanoma New Zealand through this site.

  • GoFundraise.
The GoFundraise website is a versatile fundraising platform that lets you create your own fundraising page or make a donation.

  • Everyday Hero.
The Everyday Hero website is another versatile fundraising platform that lets you create your own fundraising page or make a donation.

  • MOVE IT for Melanoma.
Fun runs, marathons, cycle events, triathlons, IRONMAN and endurance events – they all represent an opportunity to raise funds for Melanoma New Zealand.  By moving it for melanoma, you can make the journey about much more than simply crossing the finish line. The money you raise will go towards melanoma research and ensuring more New Zealanders understand the dangers and signs of melanoma. The GivealittleGoFundraise & Everyday Hero sites makes it easy to create and promote your own fundraising page for any sporting event.
